Checking our delivery areas
We ship to two regions, which together cover the country.
We deliver to Peninsular Malaysia, and that includes every state.
We deliver to East Malaysia, meaning Sabah and Sarawak.
Waiting for your order to be packed
We prepare and send out every order within 1–3 business days. Weekends and public holidays do not count towards that. When your parcel goes out, we email you a confirmation, and your unique tracking information is inside it.
Estimating your delivery time
We do not offer overnight or next-day delivery at the moment. Here is how long the courier stage normally takes:

Paying nothing for standard shipping
We give our customers Free Shipping.
You pay no standard delivery fee, because we would rather put that value back into your order.
One exception: a bulk order or a specialised promotional order may still carry a fee, worked out at checkout from total weight and destination, where that applies.
Tracking your parcel
Once your order is with our courier partners, we send you an email or an SMS.
It carries a tracking number and a direct link.
